A night of bridal fun!
A couple of nights ago my sister and I attended a bridal open house at the Bash. It's a super cute event space. Great for small wedding or intimate get togethers.
I googled "intimate wedding" and this place had great Yelp reviews. The owner contacted me and said they were having an open house.
So of course I asked my sister to go with me.
The best part about the Bash. Is they offer all inclusive wedding! So much stress off my back. You get amazing food, cake, flowers, drinks, all the table and chairs, and even a photo booth.
So with all that being said! I think I may have found my reception venue. I'm looking forward to work with the owners. So nice and friendly.
Oh and did I mention the cutest gift bag ever!

Canada Eh?
Over the 4th of July weekend I went to visit my fiancé in Canada. He just moved a few weeks prior. I love ottawa!! It seems like it's going to be a great city to explore.
We of course had a great time together. It was nice to meet him out for lunch everyday. We had Mexican food one and Thai another day. I'm kinda on the fence about the food. But I guess that's something we get to explore together.
The city is so pretty! I'm super excited about this new adventure. Oh and I got to see our apartment in Canada. It's beautiful!! Super excited to decorate our place. Here are a few pictures from our trip.
In front of the Parliament. They had a 4th of July tribute for US citizens.

Rock n Roll San Diego Half Marathon
Ahhh, Another half marathon. Today I ran the rock 'n' roll San Diego.
Rock n Roll Marathons are always fun. The coures was surprisingly awesome. We ran through lots of little cute quaint neighborhoods. And boy did the neighborhood show out. A few of the houses even had a bar set up in their front yard. So much fun to run, and have a shot of tequila. All at mile four!!!
I finished strong, and felt great!!!

Hike up to Three Sisters Waterfall
Finally we made it up the mountain to see the 3 Sisters waterfalls. We have been talking about this waterfall for about a year.
So this is how it went down.
It's a long drive about 1 hour. Then just getting there you are out in the middle of no where. Our Gps stopped working so it was a little challenging just finding the start.
The terain is tough. Defiantly not a hike for beginners. You have to climb ropes, go down hills, and climb over boulders.
Sounds like fun right, until you're in the middle of it and you realize you're only at the beginning. Like I said, definitely a challenging hike.
Today was a little bit more challenging, because of the weather. We experienced fog and even a little drizzle.
Finally after trailing through brush and poison ivy. You can start to hear the waterfalls.
The three sisters waterfall hike gets its name. Because of the three waterfalls. The lower the middle and then the highest.
All three are beautiful and today were filled with rushing water.
