Rock n Roll San Diego

Today I had a great time volunteering for the rock N Roll marathon! 

We passed out Medals and water. Fun times

Today my sister and I spent the day with my little love Audrey. I started taking care of her when she was 3 months old! I fell hard for her. Today was beach day with my baby. Since I don't have any kids I claim her as mine!!! 

Sushi time! Happy hour!!!

Today I went to happy hour at banbu sushi. It's in la Mesa... Oh and the food it's so good! Good laughs and good food= an amazing Saturday.

 

Girls on the Go!!

Woke up super early to volunteers for the shine and sparkle 5k! It's a super cute event all the girls are encouraged to do their best and finished their first 5K! I just love seeing all the girls out running being active and encouraging one another to do their best!!! Here I would love to be able to volunteer more and Maybe even be a coach! It was nice to get out and celebrate girls of all ages and all abilities! 

Hiking the Mountain!!

My friend and I finally made it out hiking!! Ugh! We have talked about it for about a month.... Finally!! Cowles Mountain, if you make it to the top is the highest summit in San Diego and the views are amazing!! Truly beautiful on a clear day you can see forever!! The hill is super steep, but fun moderate climb! It's about 3 miles round trip! ( my nike runner kept stopping ) 

I'm so feeling my new Fila Outfit!!! Got the shorts at Kholes for 9.00 bucks! And the fila shirt at the Goodwill for 3 bucks!!! Plus!! I can so, see my body changing! Yes! Finally!!!!! 

La Jolla Shores 5k

I finally broke a 9-10 min mile!!! 

I'm just so proud, now I'm gonna have to do it for a half marathon!! Running a 8 mile pace for 13.1 miles! Yikes!!!

Hot day for a run! Got in 5.48 miles !
