Training for the Zoo Safari Run Half Marathon!

Today is a beautiful day out in sunny San Diego. Today I decided to go for a trail run. Next month I'm running a Half Marathon at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. I have not been to the park in years but what I can remember is that there are a lot of HILL.... So I've been running on Hills and Trail Running trying to get my legs in shape for this run. Accepted into the NYC Marathon.. Class of 2012!



YES!!! I will be running the New York City Marathon. Class of 2012!!!
I'm so EXCITED!! SUPER EXCITED!!!
Now all I have to do is plan a little trip to NYC. I live in Cali. And ooh yeah TRAIN to RUN 26.2 MILES!!!


Luckily for me I'm currently training for the
Rock n' Roll 1/2 Marathon
So in June I will be half way there!!!
I will post on my progress of training and of course I will post pictures of my trip.

The NOH8 Campaign is a charitable organization whose mission is to promote marriage, gender and human equality through education, advocacy, social media, and visual protest.

8 In February my sister and I headed to the Hotel Solamar in San Diego to take our NOH8 Picture. We lined up with about 1,000+  people who believe in Human Equality. I'm not a political person but I really love the Message! As soon as we walked in I knew it was going to be a fun day. There was music playing and they had a bar set up!!!

The NOH8 Campaign is a photographic silent protest created by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska (http://www.bouska.net) and partner Jeff Parshley in direct response to the passage of Proposition 8. Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths, symbolizing their voices being silenced by Prop 8 and similar legislation around the world, with "NOH8" painted on one cheek in protest

Margarita Night at TGI Fridays

On Friday  My Girls and I went out for a little 
" Girl Margarita Time"
at TGI Fridays.
I mean really..... I needed a drink and some time to relax with good friends. We have all known each other since Junior High!!!
After Fridays we went to Hooleys. Hooleys is a Irish Pub.
